Hotel 1620 Plymouth Harbor

The location and the free parking. The beds were comfortable. The pool was fun for the kids. The sliding side door with screen was nice. No issues with the key card. Staff were kind and helpful.

No breakfast was offered in the lobby and the lighting in the rooms were so dark. I had to take the hand mirror by the window to do my Make up. However, Angela and Tim at the front desk saved my trip from turning into a disaster! After a mix up with the reservation I made thru a 3rd party website, when I arrived, I found I only had a room booked for the Friday. I was in town for a family wedding which was on Saturday and all activities were based around the hotel. AND having 3 weddings that weekend there were no availabilities. They were so diligent in finding a room and they made it happen! Thanks to them I was able to spend the entire weekend with my family!!

Location was great and staff were welcoming.

The hotel was nice and comfortable. I liked our balcony over the pool.

I loved the location near the bay and many different restaurants, shops and sites. The front desk agent, Al was especially great. Super nice and friendly. Had many suggestions for guests
